Ellen Allison.

Ellen Allison is a missionary in Kenya who runs a Children’s home, a school and organizes community work. She teaches in the bible schools as well as supports and encourages the church leaders…

Ellen comes from Belfast in Northern Ireland and was a nurse in several different hospitals for most of her life. Ellen also worked within the church.

She first went to Kenya in1978 to help assist another charity in setting up a hospital and help them with their medical practises for one year. Then in 2001 the Lord called her to ‘Teso District’ in ‘Western Kenya’ where she lives at present.

She established a ministry called Kenya sunbeam ministries, and opened a children’s home in May 2009. From this also came a Nursery and primary school which included a home support programme for the community.

Ellen is also a bible teacher and goes to remote areas preaching he Gospel, teaching and encouraging leaders as well as holding leadership conferences

Ellen does not take any money from the ministry but lives by faith that God is her provider and source. She would very much appreciate your prayers and financial support if God lays it on your heart to do so.
